All tours include non-alcoholic beverages e.g. water and soft drinks.

Full Day and Overnight Tours will stop at local beach destinations along the way for lunch and other meals or can be pre-ordered. Customers are requested to order and pay separately.

Snorkeling and Scuba Diving equipment is available upon request for an additional fee.

Bookings, Payment, Refunds and Cancellation:

​

• For half day and sunset trips, 100% of the full price needs to be transferred to finalize the booking.

• For full day or multi-day trips, bookings are only final when a 50% deposit has been paid. The remaining 50% balance is due on on arrival in Koh Samui.

• For sunset cruises and half day trips, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled less than 3 days before the booking. For day trips or multi-day charters, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for day trips and overnight or multi-day charters.

• The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone trips due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather). If the company cancels, the departure can be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided.

• In all other cases, bookings are non-refundable.
